David M. Perkal
Prior to founding Swanhill Capital in 2006, David assisted numerous middle market companies raise senior and subordinated debt for a variety of needs including recapitalizations, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, buyouts and general corporate purposes. David began his career in leveraged finance as an investment banker in the high yield group at Fleet Securities, and subsequently spent several years in commercial lending at GE Capital and CIT Group. David is also an adjunct professor at NYU – Stern School of Business in the Accounting Department. He graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University with a B.A. in Economics and Italian Studies, and holds an M.A. in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University – School of Advanced International Studies, and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from NYU – Stern School of Business.
